PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent galvanic corrosion.SOLUTION: A cut line is marked at a separation position of insulation coating 21 of an aluminum wire 20 (FIG. 1(a)), insulation coating 21a is peeled off to expose a core wire portion 23 (FIG. 1(b)), solder coating 25 is formed on the exposed core wire portion 23 (FIG. 1(c)), the aluminum wire 20 having the solder coating 25 and a connector terminal 30 are aligned with each other (FIG. 1(d)), the aluminum wire 20 having the solder coating 25 and the connector terminal 30 are connected to each other in a state where the tip of the solder coating 25 is exposed (FIG. 1(e)), and laser irradiation is performed on the tip of the solder coating 25 (FIG. 1(f)).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
