PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter performing PWM control, capable of suppressing an instantaneous magnitude in a main frequency component of noise.SOLUTION: A controller 30 for inverter performs pulse width modulation control for inverting DC power into AC power by applying to an inverter 10 with two or more phases and changing opening and closing states of switching elements provided for each phase on the basis of a comparison between a fundamental wave and a carrier. The controller for inverter sets a carrier period which is one period of a carrier so that it becomes different for each phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
