PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify, when a user has performed a print request operation by mistake, the user of the mistake.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus (2) according to the present invention comprises: storage means (211) that stores at least one operation pattern in which a print request operation is performed; collation means (205) that collates operation information when a user has actually operated with the operation pattern stored in the storage means (211) and determines whether the print request operation is performed according to a result of the collation; and notification means (206) that, after the collation means (205) has determined that the pring request operation is not performed, if the user performs the print request operation, notifies the user of the operational error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
