The liquid carpet cleaner concentrate contains a 25 to 40 % strength aqueous solution of a mixture of a) 70 to 30 % by weight of a fatty acid monoethanolamide sulphosuccinic acid monoester salt of the formula in which R is a straight-chain alkyl radical with 8 to 18 carbon atoms, and b) 30 to 70 % by weight of at least one alkali metal olefinsulphonate of the formula R'-SO3Me in which R' is a straight-chain unsaturated alkyl radical with 10 to 18 carbon atoms and Me is Na, K or Li.
