This patent shows the characteristic pressure sealing method using the properly and internally permeating property of fluid stream and/or mechanism which is internally cylindrical or semi-cylindrical. The sealing is to break between the pressure room and the atmospheric room by the nips bigger than a set, which is composed of at least 2 nips and to pass the textile through them.
