Compounds of the formula <IMAGE> wherein R is alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms; R1 is alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, or alkoxy having 1-4 carbon atoms; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms; X is oxygen or sulfur; X1 is oxygen or sulfur and n is 0, 1 or 2 which are useful as insecticides and acaricides.
