The apparatus influences the regulation of temperature and the rinsing process and works by predetermining digital pulses selectable in degrees Celsius as desired temperature values, there occurring at the constant-voltage source (6) a constant voltage which, by contact closing (1-5), generates, in the form of part currents across a resistor (7), a voltage drop identical to the desired-value presetting for the temperature controller. A pneumatic regulating variable provided by the temperature controller on the one hand regulates the energy supply and on the other hand is applied as an input variable to a limit-value module which emits an output signal acting as a transport pulse for a punched-tape reader, after the programmer has fed a signal to the double-membrane relay. The rinsing-process signal in the storage module (14) activates a pulse generator (16), the output pulses of which are recorded by the pulse counter (17) which transmits a flow-off output signal to the storage module (18), so as to put into operation, via the gate module (23), the limit-value module (21) which, by means of its output signal, closes the flow-off (19) via the storage module (18) and opens the water inflow (22) via the storage and gate modules (15; 23). In overflow rinsing, the signal coming from the programmer is fed to the gate module (23) which releases a pneumatic signal generated by the pneumatic throttle (24) and determining the degree of opening of the water inflow (22). <IMAGE> |
