<p>A thermoplastic resin film laminate. On one side or both sides of a thermoplastic resin film is coated a vinyl polymer containing as a major component cyanurate ring-containing (meth)-acrylate having the structure of on the average 3 moles of hydroxyl group-containing (meth)-acrylate represented by the general formula of CH<u2>u=CR-COO-R<s10>sOH (wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a methylgroup, and R<s10>s represents an alkylene group containing 2-4 carbon atoms) being condensed with 1 mole of cyanuric acid, or cyanurate ring-containing (meth)acrylate having the structure of on the average more than 2 but less than 3 moles of aforesaid hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate and on the average not more than 0.5 mole of polyhydric alcohol represented by the general formula of R<s20>s-(OH)<uy>u (wherein R<s20>s represents a saturated hydrocarbyl group of divalent to tetravalent containing 2 - 6 carbon atoms, which may have an ether bond or bonds formed by replacing part of the carbon atoms by an oxygen atom or atoms, and y represents an integer of 2 -4) being condensed with 1 mole of cyanuric acid, to thereby provide a thermoplastic resin film with abrasion resistance. The vinyl polymer layer thus coated shows an excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility. The resulting thermoplastic resin film laminate can find application to, for example, windowpane scatter-preventing material, sunlight-controlling film, heat ray-reflecting film, plastic minor, labels, films for agricultural use, etc.</p> |
