PURPOSE:To simplify electric power source facility by providing an issuing machine which an end signal transmitting mechanism which informs a totalizing computer system of the completion of voting-card issue and then by automatically substracting the information from a total value when no end signal is input to the totalizing system within a certain time. CONSTITUTION:Voting-card issuing machine group 1 consists of voting-card issuing machines 1A-1N, which are supplied with electric power from AVR4. Through interface cables 2A-2N, respective issuing machines 1A-1N are connected to computer system 3 which receives and memorizes voting information by totalizing and outputs voting-card issue permission, and system 3 is provided with subtracting machanism 8 which subtracts the voting information automatically. Each of issuing machines 1A-1N is provided with end signal transmitting mechanism 6 which supplies system 3 with a signal showing that one card has been issued, and the start and completion of this signal are displayed on nonvolatile display unit 7. When no processing end signal is sent back to system 3 within a certain time, the vote is automatically subtracted and information when a power failure happens in process is invalidated. |
