PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal of air bubbles contained in an ink by a method wherein a leading end of a conduit having an ink injection hole is connected to a driving means for discharging ink in such a way as it may be moved substantially in perpendicular to a paper sheet in response to a printing signal. CONSTITUTION:A pair of thin piezoelectric elements 24A and 24B made of titanic acid barium are arranged with an electrode 25 being held therebetween at the leading end of the fine conduit 23 made of a flexible material with its one end being communicated to the ink supplying tank 21 and the other end being oppositely arranged to the paper sheet 22. The conduit 23 is moved either in a direction approaching to the paper sheet substantially perpendicular to the paper sheet 22 or in a direction as being moved away from the sheet paper by feeding a driving signal from the oscillator 28 in response to the printing signal between the electrodes 25 and 26. Then, even if the air bubbles are introduced into the ink, no discharge of the ink is merely found only when the air bubbles are reached at the leading end of the conduit and a normal discharging condition is immediately recovered. |
