发明名称 STRUCTURE FOR JOINING LAMINATED IRON CORE IN TRANSFORMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength of a laminated iron core and to enhance the durability and transforming efficiency by butting a pair of iron-core members in an appropriate shape, forming a joining groove at said butted portion, and joining the butted portion by said groove in one body. CONSTITUTION:Iron-core members 10 and 11 having an appropriate shape such as an E, I, or F shape are butted together, and the butted portions, 10a and 11a, and 10b and 11b are joined by welding 20 into one body, thereby the mechanical strength of the laminated core is increased. Iron-core members 12 and 13 are butted together, a joining groove 21 is formed at said butted portions, 12a and 13a, and 12b and 13b. The members 12 and 13 are joined by melting both side walls of said joining groove 21. A joining groove 22 is formed at butted portions, 14a and 15a, and 14b and 15b, of iron-core members 14 and 15. A welding rod 30 is inserted in said joining groove 22, and both side walls of the joining groove 22 and the welding rod 30 are melted together, thereby the joining of te members 14 and 15 is made easy and the mechanical strength is increased.
