PURPOSE:To make long the delay time, by charging the capacitor to the specified voltage with the application of power supply and inverting the switching circuit with the lowering of potential due to the discharge of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor 3 of the switching circuit 4 and the capacitor 22 of the charging circuit 9 are charged with the application of the switch 2. When the voltage across the capacitor 22 reaches a given level, the transistor 25 is conductive to stop the charging to the capacitor 3. Further, the voltage across the capacitor 3 is lowered through the discharge of leakage current of the resistors 17, 18 or the capacitor 3, the transistor 19 is OFF and the output 4a is inverted after the specified delay from the application of power supply. |
