PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate information on a crane apparatus to an operator accurately and efficiently.SOLUTION: A crane device management system includes: a first information processing apparatus 20A attached to a crane apparatus 10A; and a second information processing apparatus 30A communicable with the first information processing apparatus 20A. Three operation control means 12A, 12B, and 12C according to respective applications of hoisting, traverse motion, and traveling are attached to the crane apparatus 10A. The second information processing apparatus 30A transmits a request of transmission of operation information on at least two of the three operation control means 12A, 12B, and 12C to the first information processing apparatus 20A, receives the information transmitted from the first information processing apparatus 20A in response to this request, and stores the received information in storage means of the first information processing apparatus 20A while associating the received information as operation information on the crane apparatus 10A. |
