PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper concrete impervious structure of an impervious wall, in which a storage capacity of waste in a sea disposal site can be increased, and also an initially planned storage capacity of waste can be increased later even in the existing or constructing disposal site, and thereby high reliability is assured.SOLUTION: An upper concrete impervious structure is formed by connecting the revetment structures 2 with each other with an impervious joint part 2A and constructed on an upper part of an impervious wall 3. An impervious joint filler 13A comprising impervious materials such as asphalt mixtures is installed in the range H from the height of an upper surface of upper concrete 8 of the joint part 9 between the upper concrete 8 to the height of at least the upper end surface of the impervious joint part 2A.
