The door comprises a number of intercoupled horizontal slats (13) some of which have reinforcing bars (14) to absorb wind load. The bars have hooked ends (15) which are slidable in vertical channels (4) to either side of the door opening (A). Each end (15) is formed as a projection which extends symmetrically to either side of the plane of the slats and is contained in a channel (4). On the door opening side, the channel is bounded by two channel wall portions which are inclined (11) towards the opening and separated by a slot (8). The surface of the projection (15) facing the slot has a convex contour (R17).
