PURPOSE:To improve the fitting and operating properties of a lid, by fitting the rear edge of the lid at that of a roof opening so that the lid can be tilted and be removed. CONSTITUTION:A hook 6 is provided at the front end of a base plate 5 secured at the rear edge 4r of a roof opening. One end of a link 8 is supported on a handle 7. An arbor pin 9 protruded from the other end of the link 8 is removably fitted in the hook so that a toggle linkage is provided. A stopper 11 is provided movably back and forth to prevent the arbor pin 9 from droppint off. The arbor pin 9 can be removed from the hook 6, only by moving the stopper 11 back. The rear edge of a lid can easily be removed by manipulation continuous to tilting operation.
