PURPOSE:To reduce the input side capacity thus to improve S/N while to simplify the joint structure by integrating a preamplifier and an impage pickup tube. CONSTITUTION:The photo-electric conversion face 1 is formed by depositing photoelectric conversion material such as As2Se3, PbO on the surface of generally thin glass plate, but the photoelectric material isn't deposited on noneffective portion. Integrated circuit 4 for preamplifier is secured to said non-effective poriton, and when it is directly connected with a signal electrode for producing a photoelectric conversion signal, the preamplifier and the image pickup tube cna be integrated. |
