<p>PURPOSE:To make the harmful gases emitting from the adhesive agents and paints used for furniture harmless by putting the mineral inorg. matter such as zeolite which has been adsorbed with potassium permanganate and the mineral inorg. matter alone into respectively separate vessels and using these. CONSTITUTION:The mineral inorg. matter such as zeolite or volcanic stone ground to particles of suitable grain sizes which has been adsorbed of potassium permanganate and has been put into an airpermeable vessel and the above-mentioned ground inorg. matter which has been straightly put into an airpermeable vessel are installed in the upper positions within furniture or the like. As a reslt, toxic formaldehyde emitting from the adhesive agents in the joined parts of the funiture is decomposed to carbon dioxide by reacting with potassium permanganate. In addition, the gases and odor emitted from the paints for coating are adsorbed into the inorg. matter such as zeolite and volcanic stone and are thereby removed. The effect is particularly outstanding in the case of new furniture and the like.</p> |
