PURPOSE:To eliminate the disorder of a document by providing a data network, having a function of storage, with a function of sending a service processing result at allotted time. CONSTITUTION:The exchange having the storage function, when receiving the service request from a service request terminal, sends terminal number 201, service acceptance number 202 and incoming terminal number 203 to service processing result control part 20. As the service acceptance sequence ends, the exchange sends a telegraphic message by calling the incoming terminal. After the communication, the exchange sends information on transmission completion 204 to control part 20 together with terminal number 205. Result information storage part 21 sets the transmission state in this terminal number coordinate part. Thus, since the service result is sent out at the allotted time, the service request terminal can receive the service processing result at convenient allotted time, so that the disorder of a document can be eliminated. |
