PURPOSE:To make possible to connect a lead wire from a broke down diode with a lead wire from a normal diode easily by connecting lead wires which connect a resistance heating element and a diode with an insulating film which is given conductivity when heated. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a substrate 23 on which lead wires Ln and Ln+1 are formed is convered with an insulating thin film 22, and the lead wire are covered with an insulating film 21 which includes metal grains. By lighting this insulating film 21 with a thermal light source spot to scatter its resin constitutent simultaneously with melting the metal grains, the lead wires Ln and Ln+1 are connected by a conductor 21b. A resistance heating element Rn+1 which is connected with a broke down diode Dn+1 is connected with a resistance heating element Rn via a diode Dn. |
