PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion liquid capable of making low viscosity and high ion conduction compatible, a manufacturing method thereof, and various applications of the ion liquid.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of the ion liquid that is characterized in mixing onium tetrafluoroborate and onium bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide salt. Appropriately, an onium cation in two kinds of salt is a pyrrolidinium cation or piperidinium cation or imidazolium cation of a predetermined chemical structure. The ion liquid that is obtained by this manufacturing method is appropriately used for an electrolyte of an electric bilayer capacitor or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
