摘要 PURPOSE:To perform accurate and rapid measurement, by causing the glutamic acid, which is generated by the enzyme reaction of glutamic acid oxalacetic acid transamylase (GOT), to react on the oxidized form coenzyme to make the coenzyme into the reduced form enzyme and by causing this reduced form coenzyme to react on the oxidized form electroc carrier to measure the oxidation current. CONSTITUTION: The buffer liquid in buffer liquid tank 1 is led to electrode device 3 through passage 6 by pump 4 and is fed to waste liquid tank 5. In passage 6, injection entrance 2 of the sample including GOT is provided between tank 1 and electrode device 3. The sample injected from this entrance 2 is mixed with the buffer liquid in passage 6 and passage on the surface of the measure electrode in electrode device 3. A proper voltage is applied to the measure electrode, and the current flowed to the measure electrode is detected by current detector 7, and this current detection value is recorded by recording device 8.
