<p>PURPOSE:To enable to indicate the coordinates on a display device easily, by forming the electrode of piezoelectric macromolecular film with thin film electrode layer at the both sides of single or a plurality of layers, by transparent conductor layer, to constitute panel elements for coordinate input. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes consisting of a plurality of thin film conductors such as 3Q1...3i1... are coated on the upper surface of a transparent macromolecular film 2 in a piezoelectric coordinate input panel element 1. Further, a thin film conductor electrode 4 of a large area being opposite electrode is coated on the lower surface. The electrode 4 is coupled with the ground 5, and each electrode such as 3i1 is connected to an output side device 7 via an impedance conversion device such as FET6i1. Further, on the electrodes at the both sides of the element 1, transparent dielectric films 8, 9 are coated for protection so that they almost cover the entire surface of the piezoelectric film. The key coordinate is constituted with the combination of split electrodes 3i1, ..., and the constitution is made with transparent electrodes, allowing to indicate the coordinates easily and surely.</p> |
