PURPOSE:To widen a combustion adjustement range and to enable to perform a complete combustion, by a method wherein a combustion plate having a large number of small apertures 16, is placed at an opening part of a vaporizing chamber, and a secondary air is fed to an upper part through the small apertures. CONSTITUTION:A combustion plate 15 having a large number of small apertures 16, is placed at an opening part at an upper part of a vaporizing chamber 1. Premixture gas produced in the vaporizing chamber 1 is jetted through the small apertures 16 in the combustion plate 15 for combustion, and a secondary air is fed into flames 14 through the small apertures 16 positioned above a secondary air cylinder 2. With the secondary air passing through the small apertures 16 in the combustion plate 15, the combustion plate 15 is cooled, and the secondary air itself so preheated is jetted upward. This prevents overheating of the small apertures 16, whereby a backfire phenomenon can be prevented, and simultaneously, the flames 14 are prevented from the reduction in temperature, which results in allowing a device to perform a complete combustion. |
