PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted image display device which is attached to the head of a user and in which the alignment of a visual axis is easy.SOLUTION: The head-mounted image display device includes an image display unit which includes a display optical system for displaying an image, an eyepiece optical system for guiding image light emitted from the display optical system to the eyes of the user, and a support tool for supporting the eyepiece optical system on the optical path of the image light emitted from the display optical system, and a holding member which holds the image display unit on the head of the user. The support tool includes a first storage chamber in which the display optical system is stored and the emission window of the image light is formed, a second storage chamber in which the eyepiece optical system is stored and the entrance window of the image light is formed, and a support part which performs support so as to form the optical path of the image light between the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber. A mark for aligning the line of sight of the user to the emission window through the eyepiece optical system is arranged in a position adjacent to the emission window on a surface in which the emission window of the first storage chamber is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
