摘要 <p>Solar cell comprises a cathode plate of 50% Mo 50% Si alloy as cathode, coated with a film of Teflon (RTM) and a thin layer of H2Mg3Si4O12 contg. H2 formed by spraying under pressure. A tin cathode collector may also be used. The H2 content may be as high as 30% of the no of Si atoms The cpd. H2Mg3Si4O12 does not form grain boundaries which cause known deterioration of properties of semiconductor devices, by comparison with polycrystalline Si. The device shows conductivity without parasitic losses. It shows stable properties, the hydrogen content remaining remarbly stable thermally. The curent and voltage obtained are high due to the alloy components in the cathode substrate.</p>
