The invention relates to a system for detecting dissolved biological or chemical species, comprising a substrate. The invention is characterised in that said system enables a multiple and sequential acoustic detection of at least one species, due to the fact that said substrate is microstructured or nanostructured and can be regenerated in order to be reused, and the system also comprises means for depositing a probe on each microstructure or nanostructure, designed for the selective detection of a given biological species, means for sequentially depositing said solution to be tested on the microstructures or nanostructures of the substrate, means for measuring the total frequency variation of said structured substrate when the biological species interacts with said probe deposited on each microstructure or nanostructure, and means for recording said frequency. The invention also relates to a method for detecting biological or chemical species using such a structured substrate. |
