The invention aims at providing a measuring device which measures the velocity or the flux of measured fluid through detecting the difference between a forward-biased radiation of ultrasonic waves to the measured fluid and a reverse-biased radiation of that. The device comprises an inspecting circuit(21) which decides whether the propagation of ultrasonic waves is normal or abnormal, a comparator(22), and a resistor(23).
