FIELD: electronics.SUBSTANCE: invention covers electronic device with cooling of heat dissipation source through distributor with liquid metal, wherein this device comprises at least one heat dissipation source (32), containing at least one electronic component, at least one distributor (30), in which is made, at least one liquid metal circulation channel, forming loop passing under heat source (32), at least one heat sink (33) and at least one electromagnetic pump (31) for liquid metal actuation in said, at least one channel so, that liquid metal absorbs heat dissipated by heat dissipation source and transferred this heat for its removal via heat sink. In electronic device each distributor comprises, at least two plates from electric insulating material, arranged on both sides of at least, one plate of deformable material.EFFECT: invention provides for liquid metal circulation in distributor made in form of set of several plates, chemically compatible with gallium.15 cl, 18 dwg |
