PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensing device capable of providing a signal which is linearly varied according to magnitude of pressure, a pressure detector and a device comprising them.SOLUTION: A pressure sensing device comprises: an electrode 10; a drive part for applying a drive signal to the electrode; a sensing part for receiving a reception signal which contains information about electrostatic capacitance between the electrode and a reference potential layer 300, which is changed by relative distance between the reference potential layer separated from the electrode, and the electrode, through the electrode; and a first impedance between the drive part and the electrode, and a second impedance between the sensing part and the electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
