PURPOSE:To simply and exactly perform a selecting operation by a method in which when closing a hot water supply valve, pressure on a hot water and steam inlet side is released toward a steam outlet side and then a steam supply valve is opened, and when opening a hot water supply valve, an operation by which the steam supply valve is concurrently opened is performed by a single operating tool. CONSTITUTION:Valve seats 4 and 5 are provided in the face of a branced portion leading to both outlets 2 and 3 of a hot water supplied body A, a hot water supply valve 6 and a steam supply valve 7 are likewise provided, and a pilot flow path 12 to be opened by a pilot valve 8 provided on the back side of the hot water supply valve 6 is formed in the shaft 11 of the steam supply valve 7. When opening the hot water supply valve 6 by pushing a hot water supply valve shaft 10 by means of the cam 17 of an operating tool 14, the steam supply valve 7 is closed. Also, when pushing pressure to the shaft 10 is released, the hot water supply valve 6 is closed by a spring 21, a pilot valve 8 is opened, pressure on the inlet 1 side is released toward the outlet 3 side, and then steam is supplied. Whereupon, a temperature sensor 26 is heated by incoming steam to push the shaft 11 through a rod 27 and a pushing tool 28, whereby the steam supply valve 7 is opened. |
