5-(Omega aminoacyl) -3-carbalkoxyamino -10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo (b,f) azepines of formula (I) and their salts are new (where n=1-3; R1 is 1-3C opt. branched alkyl; R2 and R3 is 1-3C alkyl or R2NR3 form a cyclic amino gp., such as piperidine, morpholine, N-1-3C alkyl piperazine, N-(beta hydroxyethyl piperazine or N-1,4-diazabicyclo -nonane, -decane or undecane). Used for treatment of cardiovascular disorders, such as arrhythmias. Lack of side effects, such as central stimulation or sedation.
