PURPOSE:To enable to easily edit with a low cost device, by moving or erasing the video information for partial area formed in a video memory between video memories via a processing memory. CONSTITUTION:The video information of a partial area of an original stored in a video memory 9 is transferred to an arbitrary area of the video memory 10 through a program stored in a ROM memory 2 under the control of a CPU1. Thus, the edited picture is formed in a video memory 10 by transferring the video information of partial area from an arbitrary area to another arbitrary area. The edited video information formed in the video memory 10 is sequentially read out and after being converted into a serial video signal, the signal is transferred to an output section of a post-device. |
