PURPOSE:To perform the extending process of the material of fried bean curd, in high efficiency, by the use of an apparatus consisting of a rotary member, containers of the material of fried bean curd attached to the rotary member, and an extending pan. CONSTITUTION:The material of fried bean curd is put in a container 3 of the top position, and covered. The containers are revolved intermittently by 1/4 rotation, and stopped at the preset bottom position. The pan 5 is lifted upward by the action of the apparatus 7 such as air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder until the rim of the pan 5 is brought into contact with the planar part of the outer circumference of the rotary member 2. The pan 5 is closed by this operation and the container containing the material is sealed in the pan. The heating burners 6 are turned on, and the water in the pan is evaporated gradually to increase the pressure in the pan to a present level. The water is heated at the temperature corresponding to the pressure, and the material of fried bean curd is extended in water with heat. |
