<p>The tanker vehicle unloader comprises a housing (18) with an inlet (3) for the liquid, and a bottom outlet (22) controlled by a main valve (9). The valve is attached to a flexible membrane (6) forming part of a partition (24) between two chambers (4,5), the first containing the inlet and outlet and the second acting as a degasification chamber with a top opening controlled by a needle valve. The partition has a first calibrated port (7) upstream of the valve, and a second one (8) in the valve wall and connected to the outlet. The second port is larger than the first, and is controlled by a second valve (23) mounted on a float (10) inside the degasification chamber.</p> |
