PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance heat radiating efficiency of an electronic apparatus by a method wherein heat generated in an active circuit module is radiated by convective action of a liquid and by a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:The active circuit module 4 mounted in an airtight case 5 consisting of a metal having favorable thermal conductivity is made to come in contact with a radiator 3 through a filled up inert heat medium solution 10, and the heat pipe 6 is annexed to the lower face of the radiator 3. By this constitution, heat generated in the module 4 is transmitted by thermal conduction to the radiator 3 through the casing of the airtight case 5 by convective action of the inert heat medium solution 10, heat is exchanged with the open air, and moreover because generated heat being concentrated partially in the module 4 is exchanged with the heat pipe 6 adhered closely to the radiator, extremely high efficient heat radiating effect can be obtained. |
