1534322 A dispenser unit E B NORGAARD 6 Oct 1976 [8 Oct 1975] 41514/76 Heading B8M Slices of material such as cheese or meat 34 are attached to a sheet material 32 and wound into a roll 30 within a dispenser unit wherein a leading length of the material 32 which is free of such slices 34 is guided into a bent path along a guide 36 and an aperture 14 both provided on a wall 4 of the unit and guided around the outer convolution of the roll 30 then either to be fastened to a rotatable roller 10 or to be manually pulled along lines C whereby by either rotating the roller 10 to pull the material or by pulling the material along lines C manually the sheet material 32 carrying the slices 34 is unwound from the roll 30 and the slices 34 peeled off the sheet material 32 about the guide 36. All the walls of the housing are preferably made of transparent plastics material. The carrier sheet 32 is preferably a film of plastics material. The free sheet end may encircle a larger part of the roll by locating the aperture 14 nearer the guide 36. The roller 10 may be rotatable by a handle 12, or motor driven (not shown). |
