PURPOSE:To suppress a variation of a welding temperature with very high accuracy, by applying a sectional shape detection result of a welded part to control of the welding temperature. CONSTITUTION:A reflected ray 14c of a laser beam from a laser beam generator is made incident to an ITV camera 15. An optical cutting profile detecting signal obtained by a camera 15 is inputted to a CRT 21, an exact shape is obtained, also the center beadheight in the width direction of a detected bead shape is analyzed by an analyzing device 22, and its detecting signal is inputted to an operator 23. The detecting signal is phase-corrected by a speed detection value from a moving speed detector 24, and a distance between a welding temperature measuring position and a sectional shape detecting position, is converted to a temperature and is inputted to an operator 13. In the operator 13, an optimum welding temperature is operated, a deviation to a mean value signal from a signal modulator 12 is operated, a deviation to a bead height detecting signal from the operator 23 is added to said deviation, and voltage of an AVR 9 is controlled so as to erase a deviation between a set value and the mean value signal. As a result, a variation of a welding temperature is suppressed to the minimum. |
