PURPOSE:To stabilize the joining state by pressure contacting a disc of heavy metal target material and a graphite disc through an adhesive medium while cutting the surface of the target material to produce a slope. CONSTITUTION:A tungsten disc 14 where the surface and the rear face are comprised only of the vertical face against the central axis of rotation O is joined with a graphite disc 15. Here said discs 14 and 15 are pressure contacted under high temperature through suitable adhesive medium and the contacting face is comprised of a vertical face against the center of rotation O. Then the circumference at the surface of the disc 14 is cut by such as abrasives to form a slope face 14a having predetermined angle. |
