PURPOSE:To enable continuous indication of a bodily temperature read at the end of measurement thereof for a fixed time by informing of the coincidence between a clock body and the bodily temperature with a temperature detection circuit provided on an ordinary electronic wrist watch. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detection circuit 9 is composed of an oscillation circuit 91 for detection of a temperature in which changes in the oscillation frequency due to temperature are larger than that in a time counting oscillation circuit 1, a counter 92 adapted to count an oscillation output of the circuit 91 within a period which is controlled by an output signal of a division circuit 2, a temperature indication counter 94 for indicating a temperature on an indication device 7, a gate circuit 93 for inputting the contents of the counter 92 to the counter 94 at a fixed timing, a temperature setting circuit 96 for setting a fixed temperature, an coincidence circuit 95 for detecting the coincidence between the contents of the counter 92 and the contents of the circuit 96, a timer 97 adapted to operate with a change in the output of the circuit 95 and an AND circuit G1. The output of the counter 94 is input into a display switching control circuit 4 and displayed on an indication device 7 as required. The output of the circuit 95 emits an alarm sound. |
