PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound constituting a bulk heterojunction type photoelectric conversion layer or an organic photoelectric conversion element containing the polymer compound, excellent in heat resistance and solvent resistance, high in photoelectric conversion efficiency and having neutral color and transparency, and a manufacturing method of the organic photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: There are provided a bulk heterojunction type photoelectric conversion element consisting of a photoelectric conversion layer containing a polymer compound represented by the formula (1) or a repeating unit consisting of a thiophene segment holding a maleic anhydride analogous group, and a C[70] fullerene derivative, and a manufacturing method therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
