PURPOSE:To obtain at all times a stable sliding of the brush in a brush holder which holds a plurality of brushes in a tandem shape by mounting the brushes at the same mounting angle, thereby improving the brush seating property of the brush in the holder. CONSTITUTION:In a brush holder which holds a plurality of brushes 1,2 in a direction of a commutator 6, side walls 4' disposed between the brushes are formed in V shape in such a manner that the mounting angles theta2', theta2'' of the brushes 1, 2 to the central position O' of the commutator 6 become equal. In this manner, the sliding properties of the brushes can be equalized, the current sharing can be made form, and the sliding can be maintained preferably at all times. |
