PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a transistor for a switch by inserting a condenser between the base and the collector of a switching transistor connected to the negative side output terminal of a drive power source. CONSTITUTION:Condensers 11, 12 are respectively inserted between the bases and the collectors of switching transistors 2, 4, and base voltage stabilizing transistors 13, 14 are inserted to the bases of the switching transistors 2, 4. The condensers 11, 12 delay the rises of the transistors 2, 4, thereby reducing the influence of the transistors 2, 4 switching transistors 1, 3 when the transistors 2, 4 becomes from OFF to ON and preventing the transitors 1, 3 from instantaneously becoming ON state, and preventing the shortcircuit of both. On the other hand, base stabilizing transistors 13, 14 remove the influence of stray capacity. |
