发明名称 TEMPERATURE COMPENSATING CIRCUIT OF CARRIER DETECTION FOR PHOTODETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the temperature compensation for the detection of carrier to the variation of the conditions in a simple way, by securing the independent decision for the setting of the voltage value and the ratio of the temperature change with the offset adjustment of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The resistance 2 and 3 are connected in series to each other, and the reference voltage value for the carrier detection is set along with the changing degree of voltage due to the temperature. A thermistor 1 is connected in parallel to the resistance 2. A differential amplifier 8 has a pair of input terminals. One of these input terminals is connected to a joint between the resistances 2 and 3, and the other side is connected to a voltage terminal 7 for setting the reference voltage value of the carrier detection. Then the output terminal 6 of the amplifier 8 is used for the extraction of the reference voltage of the carrier detection. Thus the setting of the voltage value and the ratio of the temperature change can be decided independently of each other with the adjustment of an offset adjusting part of the amplifier 8.
