The prefabricated balcony platform has attachments (2) to secure the platform to the wall of a parapet (8) to the platform. A load supporting beam frame of a corrosion resistant metal has a bottom slab (4) of refractory material attached to the lower face of the beam frame. - A top slab (7) is attached to the upper face of the beam frame, and consists of a material having heat transfer properties.
