PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an accidental erroneous discharge originated from the accumulation of abnormal charges at the ends of a shift channel by a method wherein charges accumulated on the surface of a dielectric are allowed to leak through a conductor supplied to a crack. CONSTITUTION:A crack extending from the surface of a dielectric layer to an electrode 9 and to an edge of Y2n is formed in each of the dielectric layers 6 and 8, whereas the crack is filled with conductors 10, 11 composed of Cr. By filling the cracks made in the dielectric layers corresponding to the electrodes at the ends of a shift channel with conductors 10 and 11, abnormal charges accumulated on the surface of dielectric layers 7 and 4 at the ends of the shift channel are allowed to leak through said conductor 10 and 11 to the write electrode 9 and a terminal shift electrode Y2n quickly and certainly, so that the occurrence of an accidental erroneous discharge can be avoided. |
