PURPOSE:To provide the title process of vapidity and simplicity along with good reproducibility, comprising a gel-permeation chromatograply with multiporous carrier, application of an N-contg. heterocyclic compoured as an elutant, and column temperature elevation. CONSTITUTION:The objective process comprising (1) a gel-permeation chromatogrephy, a packing for which being a multiporous carrier, has a compressional strength >= 100 Kg/cm<2>, a spherical diameter of 5-177mu, a pore size of 13-10<5> Angstrom cpref 10<2>-10<4> Angstrom ) (2) application of an N-contg, heterocyclic compound as an elutaut, (e.g. quinoline, etc.), and (3) operation of the column at 30-150 deg.C Cpref 40-80 deg.C). |
