PURPOSE:To assure the process of a defective loop and the page control, by storing the defective loop data of plural blocks of the same contents into a boot loop and adding an address and a mark showing the defective loop data to each block. CONSTITUTION:A format is used as a defective loop data which is written into a boot loop BL storing the information on the defective loop. At the same time, FFFFFFFF of 4 times of an FF is selected as a mark showing a defective loop data. Then plural defective loop data of the same contents are written in plural blocks, and the number (address) showing the order of the relevant block and the defective loop data are written. In such way, a defective loop is processed quickly to attain the assured page control. |
