PURPOSE:To equalize the temperature distributions in the room by a method wherein an indoor air circulating blower is provided separately from an air circulating blower and the former is controled according to the difference between the tempeature distributions in the room detected by the outputs of sensors provided on the lower part of the wall of the room and on the air conditioner, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The air conditioner 3 hanging from the ceiling is provided with the air conditioning blower 13, an air heat exchanger 14 and the air circulating blower 6 and the temperature sensor 9 is provided on the inner surface around an air intake section at the rear surface of the air conditioner. Further, another temperature senser 5 is provided on the lower part of the wall of the room to be air-conditioned. With the above structure, the outputs of the sensers 5 and 9 are inputted to a comparator 10 and when the difference between the outputs is higher than a predetermined value, the air circulating blower 6 is driven so that circulating air W1 is blown out from a blowout port 7. Further, the output of the temperature senser 9 is transmitted to an air conditioning controller 11 so that a compressor 12 and the air conditioning blower 13 are controled to thereby perform a cooling operation. |
