PURPOSE:To prevent brakage of the chip of a diamond saw by forming a sector part with small wall thickness inside the chip material and by sintering it. CONSTITUTION:This diamond saw is made by forming a sector part 3' with small wall thickness, furnished at the outside circumference of the base plate 2'', inside admixture of the abrasive grain of diamond and a metal powder as binder and by sintering it into a single body, where the sector part 3'' is provided with two or more small through holes 4, through which 4 the bending strength of the chip on both sides of this sector part 3' will be remarkably enhanced to ensure that breakage of the chip is eliminated owing to a bending moment with a magnitude to be caused by minor misoperation with hand during works. |
